The problems

The Solution
To fix all the above problems requires adding an entry into the registry.

Open the registry
Win Key + R
regedit -> OK -
Now the registry should be open. Ensure the address bar is showing.
View -> Address Bar -
Paste the following registry location into the address bar and hit enter.

Right click the ContextMenuHandlers key.
New -> KeyAha ọhụrụ isi na-esonụ…
New -
Make sure the New key is selected by click on it.
In the right pane double click the Default entry and enter the following in the value data field:
