I got this error when changing my web hosting company. After some searching, I could not find a solution. But after browsing the settings for BackWPup, I managed to fix the problem.

  1. Beweeg die muis oor die BackWPup menu item aan die linkerkant
  2. Klik op die instellings
    backwpup fout skep gids log instellings
  3. Kies die blad log
  4. Druk die reset knoppie al die instellings om die standaard (This will reset all configuration in the settings menu to default. If you do not want to do this then you will need to change the folder path manually in the Log file folder text box.)
  5. Slaan die veranderinge wanneer jy dit gedoen het.
