If you are selling a few items per day on Ebay it might not be worth forking out on a dedicated selling manager that prints the address labels for you. Neither do you want to manually print the address label for each item sold as this can be time consuming and boring.

The following will show you how to print address labels in Microsoft Word without the requirement for custom software.

Ebay.co.uk मा गर्न कार्यहरू

निम्न कार्यहरू ebay.co.uk everytime मा गरिनु छ तपाईं नयाँ ठेगाना लेबल मुद्रित गर्न चाहनुहुन्छ.

1. EBay बेचन प्रबन्धक मा आफ्नो बेचे आइटम सूची जानुहोस् (मेरो Ebay -> बेचन, त्यसपछि बायाँ मेनुबाट बिक चयन)
   
2. को स्थिति फिल्टर देखि वेभसाइट प्रतीक्षामा चयन
3. सबै चेकबक्स जाँच बेचयो आइटम गर्न अर्को
4. Click the other drop down list and select download. This will download a csv file. Save the file in a dedicated directory by creating a new one called ‘Ebay Sales’. Save the csv file with today’s date as the filename (जस्तै. 05.07.2014)

Microsoft Word मा गर्न कार्यहरू

निम्न कार्यहरू मात्र एक पटक Microsoft Word मा गरिनु छ.

फाइल सेट र लेबल आयाम चयन.

1. माइक्रोसफ्ट वर्ड खोल्नुहोस र 'Ebay बिक्री Ebay ठेगाना लेबल यसरूपमाबचतगरिनेफाइलकोनामयोहो’ निर्देशिका.
2. रिबन उपकरणपट्टीबाट मेलिंग्स ट्याब रोज्नुहोस्
3. Select labels and choose the label that you would like to print on by clicking the options button. I recommend using J8173, जो छ 10 एक A4 पाना मा लेबल. When you have chosen the label of your choice click on New Document.
   
4. मा मात्र खोजी Recepients मा मेलिंग्स ट्याब क्लिक मा -> मौजूदा सूची प्रयोग गर्नुहोस्
5. CSV फाईल पार्नुहोस् र खुला क्लिक.

लेबल लागि ठेगाना डाटा थप्नुहोस्

1. Now to add the address and item information to the labels. Click on the mailings tab and choose Rules and add next record if. From the field name drop down list choose item number and click on OK. This ensures that only rows with data in the CSV are picked up in the Labels.
2. Click on Address Block in the Mailings Tab. From the insert recipient name in this format list select the first option ‘Josh’
3. एक मात्र मा देश / क्षेत्र समावेश विभिन्न भन्दा यदि: choose your home country. For me this would be United Kingdom.
4. Uncheck address according to country/destination checkbox. The options you have now selected should be as below.
   
5. Click on Match Fields button and map the field according to the image below.
   
   काम गर्दा ठीक क्लिक र देख्न गर्नुपर्छ <<ठेगाना ब्लक>> आफ्नो लेबल दस्तावेज मा. Press enter twice to start a new line leaving a line space.
   

लेबल लागि वस्तु र शिपिंग डाटा थप्नुहोस्

1. अर्को आइटम मात्रा प्राप्त गर्न छ, item name and shipping service on the label. Click insert merge field and choose Quantity and then OK.Press the space bar once to leave a space.
2. नियम क्लिक गर्नुहोस् र चयन भने…त्यसपछि…Else. From the resulting dialog box, select field name as Item_Number and for comparison choose Not equal to and type x in the Insert this text box. Click on OK. Press the space bar once to leave a space.
3. Click insert merge field and choose Item_Title and press the space bar to leave a space.
4. नियम क्लिक गर्नुहोस् र चयन भने…त्यसपछि…Else. From the resulting dialog box, बराबर र प्रकार चयन नहीं Item_Number रूप र तुलना लागि क्षेत्र नाम चयन / in the Insert this text box. Click on OK. Press the space bar once to leave a space.
5. सम्मिलित मर्ज क्षेत्र क्लिक गर्नुहोस् र Delivery_Service चयन
   

लेबल दोहराने

1. पहिलो लेबल मा सबै क्षेत्रबाट प्रतिलिपि र दोस्रो लेबल मा पेस्ट
2. दोस्रो लेबल मा मात्र «अर्को कीर्तिमान भने» पहिले कर्सर राख्नु र नियम क्लिक र «अर्को कीर्तिमान» चयन
3. को «अर्को कीर्तिमान भने» प्रतिलिपि र «भने अर्को कीर्तिमान» के तपाईं दुई ताकि पछि तुरुन्तै पेस्ट.
4. सबै बाँकी रहेका अन्य लेबल दोस्रो क्षेत्र देखि सबै क्षेत्रबाट प्रतिलिपि. You may also want to change the text colors and font size.
   
5. आफ्नो लेबलहरू हेर्न पूर्वावलोकन परिणाम क्लिक गर्नुहो्स्.
   

Here is the word file that I have created. You will need to download the CSV file with the sold item data from ebay.co.uk If this file works with other ebay sites then please leave a comment below. You might need to re-map the fields to use this file.
